District Health Department #10 is always striving to improve the services it provides. One way we do this is through Quality Improvement (QI). Each division at DHD#10 identifies areas that need improvement and tests ways to make things better.
A dedicated QI committee oversees agency wide initiatives to foster a culture of improvement. Staff at all levels are involved in QI, contributing their knowledge and experience to improve decision making, identify more efficient ways of getting work down, and enhancing the services we deliver.
QI is an ongoing effort that benefits both our communities we serve and our staff. It leads to better services, smoother processes, and improves the overall experience for everyone who interacts with DHD#10.
