The swimming pool program is responsible for the design, approval, and licensing of public swimming pools. These responsibilities are defined in the Public Health Code, 1978 PA 368, as amended, and related administrative rules.
Complaints & Investigations
District Health Department #10 will investigate and public health significance of any complaint related to a public swimming pool.
