Healthy Futures

Thinking about starting a family or recently pregnant? Healthy Futures is a program that helps to ensure every child has a healthy future, beginning at conception.

Healthy Futures program provides women and families with:

  • Support from a registered nurse during pregnancy and throughout the first six months of your child’s life.
  • After baby is born, a registered nurse can visit participants in their home to answer questions and connect participants with community resources.
  • Participants will receive periodic newsletters in the mail with information on immunizations, safety, nutrition, and other issues affecting pregnancy and child development up to age 5.

Healthy Futures is available through a partnership of local health care providers, health departments, and Munson Medical Center.
